The Ellington is a 50 unit Senior Affordable Housing project in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The Ellington features one-bedroom and two-bedroom units in a four-story conditioned corridor building type. Also featured is an attached clubhouse and amenity area that includes a computer center, leasing office, kitchen and multipurpose room, reading room, game room, and a laundry area. The community is located within the Northside neighborhood near downtown Spartanburg and Wofford University. The project is funded with SCSHFDA tax credits.
