The Villas at Fallen Spruce  is a 55 unit Senior Affordable Housing project in Asheville, North Carolina. Villas at Fallen Spruce features one and two-bedroom units in a three-story conditioned garden style building. The community featured is an attached clubhouse area that boasts a large community gathering area, computer/business center, leasing office, kitchen and multipurpose room, reading room, game room, outdoor deck, a community garden. Interior individual storage units are also provided as an amenity. The project was co-developed with Mountain Housing Opportunities, a local non-profit based in Asheville. It is funded with NCHFA federal tax credits & State tax credits, as well RD financing, an AHP secondary loan and HOME loan funding through Mountain Housing Opportunities.
